Copyright Policy: How to File a Complaint
RokuStream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone using this site or service. This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we review it.
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Scope
This policy covers copyright complaints about this website (rokustream.com) and about the IPTV service it describes. It is a good-faith complaint process, not a claim that RokuStream holds any specific formal legal designation (such as a registered copyright agent) in any jurisdiction — no such status is claimed here or elsewhere on this site.
What to include in a complaint
To help us review your complaint efficiently, please include:
- Your name and contact information (email address, and phone/WhatsApp if you'd like a faster response).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The specific content, channel, or listing on this site or service you believe infringes it, described as precisely as you can (a URL, channel name, or screenshot helps).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable in your jurisdiction, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to submit a complaint
Send your complaint through our Contact page, or email our support address, with the information listed above. Complaints missing key information may take longer to review while we follow up for what's missing.
Our review process
We review each complaint in good faith. Where a complaint is complete and appears valid, we take reasonable action, which may include removing or restricting access to the specific content identified, consistent with how our service is actually built and operated.
Because RokuStream's channel and on-demand lineup depends on upstream sources we don't originate, resolving a complaint may involve removing a specific listing from what we make available, rather than a takedown of content we host ourselves.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same Contact channel, explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, along with your contact information and a statement made in good faith. We'll review counter-notices the same way we review original complaints.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate access for a user we reasonably determine to be a repeat infringer, consistent with our Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
