Terms of Service: Billing & Usage Rules

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting the contact form, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase a plan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan through this site, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction permits a younger age with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing a plan, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Description of the service

RokuStream provides access to IPTV streaming, including live channel access and an on-demand movie and TV library, delivered through third-party player apps you install on your own device. Current plan lengths, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page, and our Channels page lists representative examples of the current lineup at the time you view it.

Channel and content availability, individual channel lineups, and specific programming or events are not guaranteed simply because they're referenced on this site — listings reflect current inventory and can change without notice, the same way any live-broadcast-dependent service's lineup can change. Temporary technical interruptions can occur, as with any internet-delivered streaming service.

Some sections of this site (for example, the Trending, Popular, and Top Rated rows on the homepage) display discovery information sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) to help you browse what's popular. A title appearing in one of those rows describes TMDB's own catalog data, not a confirmed listing in RokuStream's service inventory — see the disclosure shown alongside those sections.

Subscription plans and pricing

We currently offer three fixed-term plans — 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months — each priced as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Pricing and available connection counts are subject to change for future purchases, but the price you're quoted and pay at Checkout is the price that applies to your order.

You choose the number of simultaneous connections for your plan during Checkout; the connection count you select is stated on your order.

Billing

Each plan is a single, one-time payment covering its full fixed term (3, 6, or 12 months) — plans do not automatically renew or charge again without you taking action. When your term is ending and you want to continue, you'll need to reach out to us to arrange a new purchase; that new purchase is a separate transaction on its own terms.

This website does not collect or process card payment details directly. Selecting a payment method at Checkout records your stated preference; actual payment is arranged directly with us through the contact method you choose (WhatsApp or email) after you submit your order.

Activation

Activation is handled by a real member of our team, not an automated system — after your order and payment are confirmed, we prepare your access credentials and send them to you. Most customers receive their login details within a short time of payment confirmation, though exact timing can vary and we don't guarantee a specific number of minutes for activation.

Account credentials and your responsibilities

Once activated, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs through your access. Notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access to another party without our authorization.
• Share or distribute your login credentials beyond the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control measure of the service.
• Attempt to scrape, extract, or systematically copy the service's protected systems or content beyond ordinary personal use.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts or abuses our infrastructure.

Simultaneous connections

Your plan includes the number of simultaneous connections you selected and paid for at Checkout, shown on your order. Normal personal use of the service across your own devices, within that connection limit, is expected and welcome. Using more simultaneous connections than your plan includes is outside normal use and may result in restricted access.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund where permitted under our Refund Policy's non-refundable circumstances, if we reasonably determine that:

• You've used the service fraudulently or attempted a fraudulent chargeback.
• You've resold or redistributed access without authorization.
• Your credentials have been shared, abused, or compromised in a way that harms the service or other users.
• You've attempted to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• You've used the service unlawfully or in serious violation of these Terms.

Availability

We work to provide reliable access, but streaming quality and availability depend on factors outside our direct control, including your own internet connection, your device, your player app, and the underlying broadcast/content sources for individual channels.

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We do not guarantee zero buffering.
• We do not guarantee that every advertised event or program will be available at every moment.
• We do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available permanently — lineups can change, as with any provider.
• Scheduled maintenance or unscheduled outages may occur from time to time.

Your equipment and internet connection

The service depends on your own device, the player app you use, and your internet connection. See our Devices pages and setup guides for compatibility and configuration information, and our Support page if you're having a technical issue.

Intellectual property

The RokuStream name and this website's design, layout, and original written content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Channel names, network names, and programming referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, and we don't claim any ownership over them — they're referenced only to describe what the service provides access to. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party player apps, devices, TMDB discovery data, and payment/communication channels (like WhatsApp) that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Your use of those third-party products is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the service — except where applicable law doesn't allow such a disclaimer, in which case the required minimum protections apply instead.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RokuStream isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability, or excludes any right, that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Indemnification

You agree to reasonably indemnify us against claims directly arising from your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent applicable law doesn't permit this.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms, or make changes to the service (including channel lineup and features), from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of RokuStream and to your transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your own country or state of residence.
